These terms are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Exclusive Distributor

Piccola® supplies approved stockists with products supplied by us or a private brand owner for resale through their authorised retail outlets.

Retail Exclusivity

Piccola® does not supply any stockist based on providing exclusive rights to its products/brands. While we endeavour to ensure a reasonable geographical distance between retail outlets, supply is made on a case-by-case basis, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Bricks & Mortar

  • In conjunction with other Brand owners, and as policy, Piccola® does not supply online retailers only. If an existing authorised stockist changes its business structure to 'online only', Piccola® reserves the right to withdraw supply and close the account with that retailer.
  • Piccola® does not supply 'Pop-Up' Shops or Market Stalls.
  • Authorised stockists may sell their products through their nominated retail location.
  • Authorised stockists may sell the products via the stockist's own website.
  • Authorised stockists may not transfer goods purchased from Piccola® to any other non-authorised stockist without written approval.


  • To ensure accuracy, orders must be placed via the B2B.
  • To ensure accuracy, cancellations of any orders in whole or part are to be made by email.


  • Prices listed are in AUD$ and exclude GST.
  • GST is applied when applicable (i.e. not for export orders).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.


Piccola® does not set the retail price of the products it distributes.


Pro Forma Basis

  • We cannot reserve stock indefinitely, so if unpaid after THREE business days, we will cancel the invoice and return the goods to our stock.  

On Account Basis

Piccola® does not offer on account basis, all orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Retention of Title (ROT) or Romalpa Clause

  • The title (ownership) of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer until the customer has made payment for those goods.

  • Claims for faulty or damaged product(s) must be made within seven days of receipt of the goods.
  • Please provide an image or images of any faults/damages and quote the invoice number.
  • All claims are subject to approval.

Return of Goods

Any return of goods without approval may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
